Math is, at its heart, a subject about rules you can't see. That's why there are moments where you can read a formula over and over and still hit a wall at the question "okay, but why is that true?" We built this site to shrink that moment down, even just a little. We believe that if you can directly manipulate a slider and see with your own eyes why a polygon's interior angles add up to (n-2)×180°, why pi always lands around 3.14, or what the Pythagorean theorem actually looks like as a picture, a formula stops being something you memorize and becomes something you understand.
Anyone from upper elementary through high school who wants to check out the concepts they're learning in math class in a more engaging way is welcome here. We're also building it to be useful for parents who want to help with their kids' math homework, and for teachers who need visual materials for the classroom.
Every page is designed so you can directly change values with sliders or buttons and watch the result update in real time. Alongside the finished interactive activities, we're also preparing companion articles that walk through each concept in writing, step by step, so you can move back and forth between the visuals and the text to build a solid understanding. New topics will keep getting added.
